Learning Outcomes and Application This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to follow basic quality assurance practices related to monitoring quality where work involves routine manual processes or operation of simple automated equipment.This unit applies to individuals who work alongside a supervisor in a food processing environment and exercise limited autonomy. It typically targets the production worker responsible for following quality procedures in own work operations.No occupational licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

Assessment Tasks
